SOMATIC COMPETENCE YOGA IN THE COMPANY
Working life in a hyperconnected society faces numerous tensions and high levels of stress daily, which can have significant repercussions on individual and group experiences.
Nowaday, more and more companies are seeking to provide their employees with various welfare and well-being tools that allow them to experience the work environment with more serenity, easing tensions and providing relief to the body.
Yoga, within the Somatic Competence® approach, allows to work on listening of mind and body, translating them into self-awareness and an understanding of personal experiences. This enables individuals to recognize and regulate different bodily states, even in situations of tension and stress, all within a trauma-safe framework.
A series of Somatic Competence® Yoga sessions not only enriches the individual’s experience but also increases overall well-being within the group of practitioners and, more broadly, within the company.
Why choose Somatic Competence Yoga as a growth tool for your company?
Somatic Competence Yoga combines traditional forms of yoga with an experiential approach that, through practical exercises, hones an individual's listening skills and self-awareness to enhance relational competencies (such as empathy) within teams.
